 Dear Fellow Shooter,

How many of you have been a victim of crime or know someone who has?  I can tell you that we have had many victims through our training courses, who might have Avoided or Prevented becoming a victim if they’d simply had more tools in their tool box.

Since you are on our mailing list we know most of you have taken our CCW course and are responsible Gun Owners who has a gun for personal protection in the event of a face to face encounter with someone who threatens you or a member of your family. Through our training you have realized that just because you have a gun doesn’t mean you’ll have the opportunity to use it in a self defense situation. We all know that avoiding the situation or exhausting all other alternatives is the best policy and that the gun is always the last resort! So what other self defense tools do you have at your disposal?

Have you ever considered that the more you know about how NOT to become a victim, the easier it will be to avoid the confrontation? You stand a much better chance of preventing criminal attacks if you develop a safety plan before you need it.

That is why we are now offering the National Rifle Association’s Refuse To Be A Victim crime prevention seminar. This seminar teaches easy-to-understand methods that you can use to increase your awareness and prevent a criminal confrontation. Just as importantly, you’ll learn alternative methods to defending yourself if your gun is not available.

This is a nationally recognized crime prevention program, developed by the

National Rifle Association. It promotes awareness and prevention of criminal attacks. You will get all of the tools you need to develop your own personal safety strategy!

8 Powerful Benefits of Taking The

NRA Refuse To Be A Victim Course

#1 The Psychology of the Criminal Mind

When many people think of criminals they think of frightening images like masked men lurking in the shadows etc. In reality, the criminal may not look like that at all, they may look just like you or I, they might even be women or children.

In this program we will evaluate what makes the criminal’s mind tick and provide strategies to help you avoid dangerous confrontations.

#2   Mental Preparedness

Did you know that every 19 seconds someone is victim of violent crime in our own country? No one wants to be victimized!  It’s important to realize that despite your best efforts the chance remains that at some time in your life you might become a victim yourself.

We will cover when and how to maintain appropriate levels of awareness, how to mentally condition yourself to respond appropriately during a confrontation and how to deal with the ramifications and outcomes. It’s important that you not just survive but be victorious!

#3 Home Security

Many of us consider our homes to be a place of safety because it is where we spend the most of our time. However, more and more homes are being invaded by criminals and even our own home can become a dangerous place. The majority of rapes takes place in the victim’s own home.

We will discuss strategies for discouraging unlawful or forcible entry without having to turn your home into a fortress.

#4  Physical Security

The KEY to physical security outside your home is AWARENESS.

We will cover the many do’s and don’ts of self protection. Specifically the importance of listening to your natural instincts; awareness and intuition and how critical your mindset truly is.

#5 Automobile Travel Security

When it comes to our every day transportation many of us simply jump in our cars and drive to and from our daily activities without thinking or realizing that automobiles pose a particularly vulnerable area for most individuals.

We will discuss how to deal with situations like approaching, entering and exiting the car, dealing with breakdowns, some of the breakdown ploys used by criminals, reacting to an accident, reacting to a police car (marked or unmarked), hitchhikers and strangers, dealing with road rage, vehicle theft & prevention, and much more.

#6 Out of Town Travel Security

When you travel you are especially vulnerable to criminals. There are many factors that can be distracting and stressful like unfamiliar surroundings, dealing the strangers, functioning in different or unusual circumstances, and having to follow tight time schedules. Under this type of pressure it’s easy to forget about the importance of personal safety and security precautions.

We will cover information for understanding and implementing safety procedures vital to your personal protection in Multiple Areas: Airport Security (packing your luggage, ticket counters and security checkpoints, checking luggage, and waiting areas) Travel Transportation (automobile rentals, taxis and private hire vehicles, public transportation), Accommodations, Traveling to a foreign country and also What to look for and do when you return home.

#7 Technological Security

In today’s world the amazing technological advances have made our lives much easier. It’s important to realize though that unfortunately criminals can use the same devices to lure us into becoming victims.

We will review the inherent risks we face while using today’s technological tools and more importantly how not to be victimized during the use of phones, fax machines and computers.

#8 Self-Defense Physical Training

As you know the firearm may not always be readily available, especially if you’re caught off guard or the opportunity for you to gain the element of surprise doesn’t present itself.

Finally we will explore and present other self-defense alternatives and options that are available to you when the gun may not be.

Make the Commitment to Yourself Now!
